Concerns with the LEP

The SLEP2009 Review Group is following closely how Shoalhaven City Council is proceeding with the LEP review.

Our Shoalhaven will be documenting our key concerns with the planto make it easy for the community to follow what is happening in council.

Our key concerns include:

• 19 March, Council’s Special Development Committee recommended changing the aims of the LEP removing all reference to ‘environment’, ‘biodiversity’ and ‘heritage’. See page: Our aimless plan
